Who are we?
The Atlantic Provinces Library Association (APLA) is one of the oldest library associations in North America, and we promote the interests of libraries, librarians and library staff across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador. We believe in fostering literacy and connection through promoting libraries and the important role they play within many of our communities. This year, we want to focus on community, connection, and caring for one another and how important these values are during times of challenge and change.
